Our Executive Team

David Fernández Rubí, CEO:

David Fernández Rubí, CEO of Regio Sales & Services and co-founder, has managed projects in sales outsourcing, business processes reengineering and sales channel innovation for the past 5 years for 6 of the IBEX 35 companies. He holds a Master in Sales and Marketing Management from ESIC , Master in Business Administration from IESE, Specialist in Strategic & Conceptual Selling from Miller Heiman, Lecturer in Comercial Management in IEDE Business School and publisher of www.elcomercial.info.


Jose Carlos Martinez, Director of Operations:

After a successful career in the banking sector working for Banco Santander and Banco Central Hispano, Jose Carlos joined Regio Sales & Services 10 years ago where he has managed projects in Spain and Latin America and where he is Director of Operations for Spain and Italy since 2003.He holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master in Marketing and Sales Management from ESIC where he is also a lecturer in Sales Management.


Francisco Vegas Garcia, Subdirector Operations:

Francisco has a degree in Business Administration from Complutense University and a Postgraduate in Business Management from Centro Europeo de Estudios Superiores. He started his career within the outsourcing services sector in 1999 working as a project manager. He joined Regio Sales & Services in 2007 where he was appointed Executive Director of the South East Region as well as Projects Director for Spain and Italy.


María Soledad Ventosinos, Director of Selection and Training:

Maria Soledad has a degree in Psichology and a wealth of experience in human resources management. For the past 10+ years she has worked and acquired experience from both the short-term employment industry as well as recruitment consulting services.

She developed her skills at the Telefonica Group where for 9 years she worked in the training, recruitment and development departments in both local and international projects having responsibility for the definition and implementation of professional career development path programs.

She manages the Recruitment and Training department in Regio Sales & Services.


Juan José González, Director of Consulting Services:

Juan José González is Director of Consulting Services in Grupo Regio, specialized in the design and implementation of commercial models, organizer and speaker at numerous training events in business schools, universities and companies. He has a degree in Economy and Business studies from Barcelona and a Marketing Management degree from ESADE.

He acquired his professional experience in Accenture (9 years) in the Talent & Performance Organization (Change Management) where he became Director of Training for Spain. He has spent some time in centroamerica working in the management consulting industry with regional responsibility.

Alberto Saiz, Partner & General Manager Regio:

Alberto holds a degree in Economic and Business studies from Universisdad Complutense in Madrid.

He has a solid experience in sales team management and has been responsible for the commercial division of SportArea (Netjuice), MiCartera Media (Telecinco) and HSM Group (6 years) where he was also General Manager for Spain and Portugal.
